SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT
<< Back | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
Sewage treatment, or domestic wastewater treatment, is
the process of removing contaminants from wastewater and household
sewage, both runoff effluents and domestic. It includes physical,
chemical, and biological processes to remove physical, chemical and
biological contaminants. Its objective is to produce an
environmentally-safe fluid waste stream or treated effluent and a
solid waste or treated sludge suitable for disposal or reuse.
Sewage Treatment Plant is a facility designed to receive the waste
from domestic, commercial and industrial sources and to remove
materials that damage water quality and compromise public health and
safety when discharged into water receiving systems. The Principal
objective of waste water treatment is generally to allow human and
industrial effluents to be disposed of without danger to human health
or unacceptable damage to the natural environment. TYPES OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT THAT WE OFFER:
The activated-sludge process is a biological method of wastewater treatment that is performed by a variable and mixed community of microorganisms in an aerobic environment. The overall goal of the activated-sludge process is to remove substances that have a demand for oxygen from the system. This is accomplished by the metabolic reactions (synthesis-respiration and nitrification) of the microorganisms, the separation and settling of activated-sludge solids to create an acceptable quality of secondary wastewater effluent, and the collection and recycling of microorganisms back into the system or removal of excess microorganisms from the system. Our company capacity range is from 10 KLD to 200 MLD.
UPFLOW ANAEROBIC SLUDGE BLANKET TYPE SEWAGE
TREATMENT PLANT
UASB uses an anaerobic process whilst forming a blanket of granular sludge and suspended in the tank. Wastewater flows upwards through the blanket and is processed by the anaerobic microorganisms. The upward flow combined with the settling action of gravity suspends the blanket with the aid of flocculants. The blanket begins to reach maturity at around 3 months. Small sludge granules begin to form whose surface area is covered in aggregations of bacteria. In the absence of any support matrix, the flow conditions creates a selective environment in which only those microorganisms, capable of attaching to each other, survive and proliferate. Eventually the aggregates form into dense compact biofilms referred to as "granules". Our company provides the system in prefabricated steel tanks for packaged system and RCC tanks for conventional. Our design capacity ranges from conventional from 10KLD to 50 MLD and packaged from 1KLD to 2 MLD. l tanks for packaged system and RCC tanks for conventional. UNDERGROUND AEROBIC-ANAEROBIC TYPE SEWAGE TREATMENT
PLANT
In this method of process aerobic and anaerobic plays important role in treating sewage. This treatment plants provide high capital and operating cost benefits. Also they require a lesser foot print area, have a large range of flexibility and higher performance capability at any given time compared to other treatment units. The underground tanks in this systems are FRP or RCC tanks accordingly clients requirement. Our design capacity ranges from conventional from 10KLD to 50 MLD and packaged from 1KLD to 2 MLD.
The Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) is an activated sludge process designed to operate under non-steady state conditions. An SBR operates in a true batch mode with aeration and sludge settlement both occurring in the same tank. The SBR system can be designed with the ability to treat a wide range of influent volumes whereas the continuous system is based upon a fixed influent flowrate. Thus, there is a degree of flexibility associated with working in a time rather than in a space sequence. Our company provides the system in prefabricated steel tanks for packaged system and RCC tanks for conventional. Our design capacity ranges from conventional from 10KLD to 200 MLD and packaged from 1KLD to 2 MLD.
MOVING BED BIO-REACTOR TYPE SEWAGE TREATMENT
PLANT
Moving Bed Bio Reactor (MBBR) is an attached growth activated sludge process. The basis of the process is the carrier elements (or biomedia) that are made from polyethylene. The biomedia provide a large protected surface area for the aerobic biofilm and optimal conditions for the bacteria culture to grow and thrive. The biofilm is responsible for the biological oxidation of organic constituents in the sewage. Our company provides the system in prefabricated steel tanks for packaged system and RCC tanks for conventional. Our design capacity ranges from conventional from 10KLD to 200 MLD and packaged from 1KLD to 2 MLD.
Submerged aerated fixed film (saff) is also an attached growth process with the media being fixed in position. This process is the most efficient in first and running costs. A schematic diagram of a saff process as above. Smaller capacity plants can be packaged type. Our company provides the system in prefabricated steel tanks for packaged system and RCC tanks for conventional. Our design capacity ranges from conventional from 10KLD to 200 MLD and packaged from 1KLD to 2 MLD.

The IFAS process is introduced to enhance carbonaceous and nitrogen removal. This technology combines the main advantages of the attached growth system and provides a high microorganisms accumulating by natural attachment as biofilm on the media. This increases the cell retention time without increasing the mixed liquor concentration in the system and higher effluent quality standards particularly nutrient removal. IFAS process, however, is a hybrid system which provides both stability and flexibility. Our design capacity ranges from conventional from 10KLD to 200 MLD and packaged from 0.5KLD to 2 MLD.
In electrochemical oxidation treatment plant, an electrochemical cell, operating atmospheric pressure, is used to generate an oxidizing species at the anode. This is accomplished by supplying a voltage across two electrodes. The Plant is single built in a closed module which has different chambers so transport and installation. Every chamber has been provided with the necessary access and inspection facility. This modular construction allows the increase of the processing capacity by placing more Plants in parallel.
